Frequently asked
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Each session will receive a minimum of 40 digital images excluding mini sessions or otherwise stated via contract/invoice
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
I do not charge a traveling fee if your session takes place in the Hampton Roads area. However if the session is outside the area (for example: Outer Banks, Richmond, or at the Shenandoah National Park there is a $0.58 fee per mile.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
You may cancel your session at any given moment. However, your retainer fee is non refundable. If you need to reschedule please contact me at least 2 day before you session date!
WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?
Rain happens! I will be in touch with a reschedule date if we need to reschedule due to weather.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Just shoot me a message as soon as possible! My schedule may be a little full but I'll try really hard to work you in if your little one is sick or your work schedule changed. Life happens and I completely understand!
CAN I RENT A DRESS?
YES! I am currently working on a client wardrobe filled with dresses but I also know some amazing local vendors with dresses to rent! Just shoot me a message with what your thinking!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
Paypal, Venmo, Credit, & Debit.
All retainer fees must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 day before you session takes place.
WHAT IS A SECOND SHOOTER?
The answer block to these questions is short on purpose. Think of the absolute questions your ideal client asks, and address them right here keep your answers short and sweet. No need for lengthy explanations or run-on sentences. Remember! Don't make it difficult for someone to take the next step.
