Frequently asked
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Each session will receive a minimum of 40 digital images excluding mini sessions or otherwise stated via contract/invoice
WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?
I do not charge a traveling fee if your session takes place in the Hampton Roads area. However if the session is outside the area (for example: Outer Banks, Richmond, or at the Shenandoah National Park there is a $0.58 fee per mile.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
You may cancel your session at any given moment. However, your retainer fee is non refundable. If you need to reschedule please contact me at least 2 days before you session date!
WHAT IF THERE'S BAD WEATHER?
Rain happens! I will be in touch with a reschedule date if we need to reschedule due to weather.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Just shoot me a message as soon as possible! My schedule may be a little full but I'll try really hard to work you in if your little one is sick or your work schedule changed. Life happens and I completely understand!
CAN I RENT A DRESS?
YES! I am currently working on a client wardrobe filled with dresses but I also know some amazing local vendors with dresses to rent! Just shoot me a message with what your thinking!
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
Paypal, Venmo, Credit, & Debit.
All retainer fees must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your session takes place
WHere do i change my outfit?
Outfit changes are sometimes harder to plan. Some locations do not have bathroom access. Please plan accordingly if you plan on doing an outfit change. Changing in the car or behind a towel or blanket may be the only option!
